Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee inspection and testing activities across IPQC and FTQC to ensure adherence to defined quality standards and schedules.
  2. Plan and allocate daily QC tasks in line with production and testing schedules released by PPC.
  3. Ensure adequate manpower availability and readiness for all inspection and testing operations.
  4. Coordinate with Engineering (Program Managers) to define quality expectations, acceptance criteria, and inspection scope for new or modified systems.
  5. Manage day-to-day QC operations, ensuring timely closure of escalations and coordination with cross-functional teams.
  6. Conduct periodic reviews of internal SOPs, test procedures, and inspection documentation for effectiveness and completeness.
  7. Drive process improvement initiatives and lead implementation of new QC methods or workflows.
  8. Ensure training coverage and competency enhancement for all QC personnel based on process requirements and skill matrices.
