Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Verification & Validation (V&V) Engineer to lead system level testing and flight validation of our unmanned aerial platforms, including multirotor and fixed-wing drones. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in heli flying, with a deep understanding of rotorcraft aerodynamics, flight dynamics, control systems, and real world flight testing methodologies.This role requires ownership of validation strategy, test planning, execution, root cause analysis, and certification readiness support for UAV platforms.
